PPG PRC-DeSoto® PR-1773 Class B-1/2 is an aviation-grade, two-part manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide compound formulated specifically for access door sealing and form-in-place (FIP) gasket fabrication.
This eco-friendly, non-chromate compound provides an exceptional barrier against corrosion on aluminum alloys and between dissimilar metals.
Designed with low-adhesion characteristics, it allows structural components and panels to be easily unbolted and separated for regular inspections without damaging the underlying aircraft substrate.
